We don’t offer refunds unless there is a reasonable fault with your item. If a return is needed, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and we do not refund original shipping fees.
As a competitively priced ethically made product, we do not have the large profit margins some companies do, meaning our makers get paid fairly and you get charged a fair price. If we’ve made a big mistake, we will make it right, otherwise you’re welcome to gift or resell our product to someone else. We’ve never ever had anyone want one though!

For children under 2, there may be some length at the foot of the bed if the provider uses mini beds for their nursery, the sheets will still work and then also grow with your child, suiting their bigger bed as they move up a class.
